  • What is the rental process?

    How to lease a GridView property:

    1. Select Number of Bedrooms
    2. Pick from Available Homes
    3. Submit Applications/Parental Guarantees
    4. Pay Downpayment Invoices
    5. Sign the Lease

  • What are the property amenities?

    1. Walking distance to ECU and downtown
    2. Hardwood and tile floors
    3. On and Off street parking
    4. Includes lawn service
    5. Dishwashers in most
    6. Washer/dyers in most
    7. Pets allowed

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. 

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

  • How do I turn on utilities?

    Greenville Utilities Commission is your provider for  Electric, Water and Gas.  Their number is (252) 752-7166.  You can also visit their website here: www.guc.com/students


    One roommate should set up an account for all but they will split the charges among all roommates.


    Share the receipt with GridView Properties management and you may then proceed to get your keys for move in


    Make sure to have gas turned on as soon as you move in so that you have heat when you need it


    Never turn off utilities during breaks or during the summer to prevent any mold/mildew problems
